1. Order Processing Time
Each Yantra is energized (प्राण प्रतिष्ठित) individually through Vedic mantras before dispatch.
Hence, processing time may vary:
- Standard Processing Time: 2–4 working days
- During festivals, it may take 5–7 working days due to high demand.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across all states in India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout depending on:
- Delivery location
- Order size/weight
For select offers or donations, free shipping may be applicable.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- Courier partner details
- Tracking link (if available)
You can use these details to follow your shipment’s progress.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct:
- Address
- Pin code
- Phone number
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information.
If a package returns due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is:
- Delayed
- Missing
- Not updated for more than 5 days
Please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you promptly.
7. Damaged Shipment
If the package is damaged on arrival:
- Take clear photos/videos
- Do not throw away the packaging
- Report within 48 hours
We will review and assist based on our Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
At present, international shipping is not available.
We only ship within India.
