At Shri Khatu Shyam Parmarth Seva Sansthan, every Shyam Manokamna Yantra (Shyam Nishan) is spiritually energized (प्राण प्रतिष्ठित) through Vedic rituals.
Because of the sacred and customized nature of these items, we follow a strict refund policy.
1. No Refund on Spiritual Items
Refunds are not provided for:
- Spiritually energized Yantras
- Puja items
- Prasad
- Donations or offerings
All these items are prepared specifically for the devotee and cannot be reused or resold.
2. Refunds Allowed Only in Exceptional Cases
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
✔ Wrong Product Delivered
You received a different item than what you ordered.
✔ Product Damaged During Transit
The Yantra or packaging is physically damaged on arrival.
Note:
Minor variations, handmade marks, or packaging dents are not considered damage.
3. Time Limit to Raise a Request
All refund requests must be reported within:
📅 48 hours of delivery
After 48 hours, refund requests cannot be accepted.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your contact details

5. Refund Method & Processing Time
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank/provider
6. Return of Item (If Required)
If we ask for the item to be returned:
- It must be sent back in original condition
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return address will be provided by our team
7. Order Cancellation Policy
✔ Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.
✔ After Dispatch
Cancellation is not possible once the item has been shipped or energized.
